About Us
United Drayage Company was founded by Paul Beidleman after the war in 1944, as a small pickup and delivery carrier specializing in drayage to the harbors. This was of course before the advent of containerization. United Drayage is a family owned company that is now in its second generation. In its 70 years of service, United Drayage has grown into a medium sized drayage company with terminals located in San Leandro and Stockton, California. These terminals serve the entire central and northern California area.
